• Consultation and strategy services

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 50% payment is required upfront to begin work
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• Monthly maintenance plans are billed at the beginning of each month
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Project Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables and content
• We retain rights to reusable code components and frameworks
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Any third-party licenses or tools remain property of their respective owners

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Warranties and Liabilities

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to that point. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
